At today’s negotiating session, HCAFA and the College administration reached an agreement as to the proposed wording of our 2012 – 2016 contract.  Small details still need to be addressed.

The proposed new contract will be available on this website www.harperadjuncts.org as soon as the remaining details have been addressed.  On August 8, ballots as to whether or not to approve this contract will be sent to full dues-paying members of HCAFA.   Members should be sure to become familiar with the contract before voting!   All ballots must be returned to the IEA office and postmarked by August 24 to be counted.

Note: Grandfathered adjuncts and Fair Share Fee Payers will not receive ballots and are not allowed to vote.  If you are not sure of your status and would like to join and be allowed to vote, you must have submitted a signed enrollment form before July 28 to Janice Cutler.  Contact Janice before then at janicecutler@comcast.net.
