Thanks to a year of non-stop work by HCAFA’s negotiating team, negotiations are finally coming to a close.  HCAFA and the College Negotiating Team have finished discussing all of the issues presented.  The only remaining action required before members will have access to the proposed contract is to put the contract into its final wording.  As soon as that happens, we will post a copy of the proposed contract on this website.  (It is our hope to post the contract by the end of July.)

Voting will begin immediately after July 20.  If you are a FULL DUES-PAYING MEMBER, you will receive a ballot at the home address you have provided to HCAFA.  

ONLY HCAFA MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE VOTERS IN THE RATIFICATION VOTE. 

Note: Grandfathered adjuncts and Fair Share Fee Payers will not receive ballots and are not allowed to vote.  If you are not sure of your status and would like to join and be allowed to vote, you must have submitted a signed enrollment form before July 20 to Janice Cutler.  Contact Janice before then at janicecutler@comcast.net.
