INTEREST-BASED BARGAINING TRAINING
Gary Wilson, chair of HCAFA’s negotiating team, will lead the HCAFA team at the FMCS (Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services) training on January 17. The training is for members of both the administration and HCAFA. It is hoped that this form of negotiating will lead to improved relations between the union and the administration.
