Harper College Adjunct Faculty Association

HCAFA is currently conducting a climate survey of its members.  It is a simple 9 question survey.  We need to know your feelings and input.   Survey Monkey, the company we are using to facilitate the survey, will provide us with a summary of the responses, not individual responses. 

HCAFA will not be able to identify you unless you choose to give us your name and contact information.  If you do, you will be entered in a raffle to win a $50.00 gift certificate to Chili’s Restaurant.
