Below is an interesting article about bullies in the classroom and how they effect teachers.  In short, the article recommends that you should always report bullying behavior.  The article is from the Chronicle of Higher Education and is unfortunately limited to subscribers, but if you do subscribe or are on campus and can access it through campus, you should definitely check it out.
