SENATE TO VOTE ON EDUCATION JOBS PACKAGE THIS WEEK!The Senate is expected to vote on an education jobs package this week, possibly as early as Wednesday, taking up the bill passed by the House earlier this month. We are facing an education crisis, with hundreds of thousands of educators being laid off, class sizes growing, and programs critical to students’ success being cut or eliminated. Our students’ education and the future of our nation are at stake!The education jobs package will save over 130,000 educator jobs and will help ensure that our students get the support and attention they need to succeed.
