Home Again…with Con-Plague

Those of you that go to conferences at all know that there is always a chance of coming home with con-plague or con-flu.  Yep, JJ came home with con-plague.  Luckily, she was able to get back to Chicagoland before her nose stuffed up, which would have made flying an absolute misery.  All this to say, the time of colds is among us!  As the weather gets nicer, undoubtedly our students are going to be running around without enough layers on.  Remember to wash your hands and disinfect with the antibacterial goo, that the college has provided, in all of the classrooms.  If you do get sick, vitamin C and lots of it.  Fluids, rest, and chicken soup.  Depending on how you feel, you might want to put off grading for a few days.  These helpful tips brought to you by JJ who came down with Con-Plague and is in the midst of recovery.
