HCAFA negotiates with representatives of Harper College for every element of our contract.  The process is complicated, very detailed, and begins with input from our members as to the elements they like to be pursued.  Our current and past contracts are available at this website under the “documents” tab.  Our current contract runs from August 2023 to August 2027.  

Since email will be the primary contact means, please ensure that we have your most current personal, non-Harper email.  Route those to Cory Long, our Membership Records chair, at cjlong2@gmail.com.

Negotiation information as well as other professional information is also available at our Facebook page, HCAFA – Harper College Adjunct Faculty Association.  It is a closed group, so just request joining and we will certainly open that to our members.
