Dual Unit Merger Approved

Congratulations to all adjuncts!  Today, both teaching adjuncts and adjunct librarians/counselors voted to merge their units.  This merger will allow negotiations for both units to be combined.  It will also allow adjuncts to have membership in both units if they meet the requirements of both.

This election comes as a result of an Unfair Labor Practice filed by HCAFA on behalf of both groups of adjuncts.

We are happy to report that the Harper administration has come to recognize and support the merger.
